We didn't start with an ingredient. We started with a question: what actually makes a social occasion, a performance, a moment : good?

The answer isn't the drink. It's the state you're in when you have it. That feeling of being genuinely, fully in the room : not in your head, not on your phone, not waiting for something to kick in.
